I’ve always been passionate about real estate. After purchasing our first investment property, I discovered how much I enjoyed the search and acquisition process, which led me to pursue a career in the industry. While earning my real estate license, I worked in property management to deepen my knowledge and experience. I’m highly client-focused and committed to helping individuals and families achieve their goals through real estate—whether that means purchasing a first home, upgrading to a third, or expanding an investment portfolio.

I’m especially passionate about short-term rentals and the flexibility and financial opportunities they can create for both guests and investors. As the Tampa leader of the Florida Alliance of Vacation Rentals and an Airbnb Community Leader, I’m proud to support the development of a strong, ethical hosting community. I bring integrity, transparency, and a client-first mindset to every partnership, and I enjoy helping clients get started, optimize performance, and scale their STR investments with confidence.

Jeff has been a real estate broker since 1995 serving central Florida from coast to coast. While Jeff's scope of services are broad, including residential, commercial, property management, and association management, he's spent the majority of his career focused on the enormous vacation home market surrounding Disney World Resort area, and coastal communities of central Florida. 

Jeff specializes in foreign investment and has clients throughout Europe, Middle East, North/Central and South America. Jeff says "having grown up in Orlando I've seen the growth, and experienced the evolution in dining, retail, entertainment, and industry making this city home".

 Jeff is an avid boater/sailor which he enjoys with his wife Renee and he is very clear that he hates cold weather!
